Hola, I like to take a moment and thank some folks from the Southwest CCS.

1st off a huge thanks goes out to all the corner workers.  You did an absolute superb job   and I truly appreciate what you do for us racers.

2nd I can't say it enough but the Southwest CCS crew and management.  It is the best there is.  Thanks for putting the races on and putting up with a bunch of misfit racers.  This group truly listens to the racers and looks out for our personal safety.

3rd I would like to thank my fellow competitors.  Steve Fukiage, had a blast running tight with you.  Jim Davis, wish I could just keep up with you.  Ray and Steve Hymer thanks for all the pointers.  We will see all of you next year if not sooner.

I'd like to thank everyone out there in the SW too, and a big thanks for Corey coming out after what sounded like a hell of two days!

Ditto... I cannot say enough good things about the CCS crew that puts on the SW and Pacific events. Let's give them an award!  ::)

Add my thanks in there as well. This has been one of the funnest since I started racing.

Randy, Heidi, Cory, Beth, Karen, Tom and the rest have always done a good job. There's a great core there.

I'd like to add in a thank you as well.  Due to family events I was only at the 2 Firebird Events this fall, but they were definately everything I could have hoped for.  As mentioned above, thank you corner workers (thankfully I never met any of you up close during a race), Randy and the rest of the CCS crew for the concerns you have expressed regarding our safety (Firebird Main was a great example of this), and fellow racers who I raced against or just talked to in the pits.  Trackside Vendors such as Pirelli who helped with tires and setup advice.  It's been a great experience and only hope each of next years events work out so well.  Hopefully I'll get to run more events next year.  Thank you again everyone.

Yes, thanks to the CCS SW crew for everything they do!  Definitely looking foward to another season in the SW.

Plus, the SW has THE BEST race announcer!   :)

racerxgirl

Thank you to the entire SW CCS crew! Even though I did not race the whole season, I still love coming out and supporting the racers...plus, the smell of race gas is always, ummmm....refreshing!  :D
And Corey does an excellent job announcing!
See ya next year!

Ditto!  Thanks everyone for a great season!   ;D

I have to ditto what Roger says here! The SW CCS crew is excellent! But Roger, you also run an excellent program too and I hope we get your track in a couple of CCS races as well!! ;D

Hey, ditto from me and my team. The CCS folks did above and beyond with the resources and control they were given. Thanks to them all for their hard work. Also, thanks to Cory for being "the voice". It was weird being at a race weekend you missed recently and not having an announcer.

Also, thanks to the vendors who stick with CCS SW and Pacific. Especially, Dale Keifer from Michelin! Seriously, who else do you know who would let you take apart his bike at the race track to put one of his parts on your bike?! Dale lent me his radiator at East so I could finish the season after I took a rock to mine. Thanks Dale!!

Thanks to everyone who made our first racing season a blast. We'll be back next year!

As always, corner workers rock!!

Oh, Ray and Steven Hymer are my idols.  :o

I agree with Wayne.  Two thumbs up for the whole CCS SW Crew!!

I would also like to thank all of the racers that have shown up and supported the SW Region.  Without all of you, there would be no racing out here in Cactus Land! :D
I am really looking forward to next year.  There are rumors of a couple races to be scheduled at Arroyo Seco.  Inquiring minds want to know, Roger!   ;D
