Howdy all!  I am getting so excited about seeing everyone again at the banquet!  I do need some input from you Midwest/Great Plains guys who plan on coming, though, so if you have a few minutes, please respond.

Last year I blocked out 20 rooms at Lakelawn and we ended up booking 32.  How many of you or people you know are planning to stay at the hotel again?  I know I am and probably most of the CCS staff, put this will give me some kind of idea as to how many to book.

Also, I'm thinking about arranging a breakfast on Sunday morning for all those that want to come.  Not a formal thing at all, just a time when we'll all arrange to come to breakfast.  Good idea/bad idea?

Also, any thoughts on what I could improve on from last year?  I realize the facility is huge so it's easy to get lost, but we should be in a much bigger and easier to find room this year.  Last year I thought everything went pretty well, but I'm open to new ideas.

Keep in mind, the banquet at Lake Lawn is for the Midwest regional champions, but everyone from all over is invited.  The banquet at the Casino Queen is for the Great Plains region, but as above, everyone is invited.  I am sending out invites today for both the Midwest and Great Plains banquets, so let me know what you think I should add/leave out that would help make them even greater than last year!

Stumpy and I will get a room at Lake Lawn for the Midwest banquet.  He won't be able to go to the Great Plains banquet in December.  Ryan Johnson will probably room with us.  Stumpy's parents may go, too and probably will want their own room so put them as a maybe for a room.

Breakfast sounds cool, but probably depends on the time as we'll have a 5 hour trip ahead of us.

Got my room booked already! 8)Looks like I've got space to share, too.

Hoping for early check-in, and some time at the spa.

Breakfast on Sunday morning sounds like fun!
