Desnorkeled SV air filter?

Hi Guys:
Just a bit of clarification; the rule book states that for Supersport legal (SV's) there is NO modification of the air box!
I too had learned this the "DQ" way during the early race season in Pacific / Southwest.
As far as running a K+N that seems to be the only exception here and is accepted by tech.
I have an 03' SV and only re-routed my PCV, this was NOT acceptable. Back to stock... No significant gains the other way anyhow, just have to hang off more!

I was not talking about a modification to the air box, just the filter.
