Banquets?

This might be a bit premature, but where and when are the midatlantic and southeast banquets held?

Southeast will be at the first VIR weekend.  I haven't scheduled the Mid Atlantic banquet yet.  Anybody have an opinion (VIR vs. outside banquet)?  Midwest is scheduled for January 8th (my birthday weekend, I expect gifts), and the Great Plains banquet is scheduled for December 4th.  Pacific and Southwest will be on their first race weekend (I do not have that date yet).

Yep, Kim, we're back at Lake Lawn!  I loved it up there, and this year we have their premier "Wisconsin" room.  I can't wait.  Since it's my birthday, Eric and the baby are coming with me!  :)
The Mid Atlantic banquet was held at a hotel in Baltimore last year.

How bout we have it someplace warm and sunny, like the Bahamas or something similar. Just a thought.

Tiff-- For the Mid Atlantic racers, Baltimore sounds like a good "central" location to me.  It would be great if we could have it in mid November or early December of this year.  Maybe somewhere at the Inner Harbor or Fells Point??

     The GP region banquet is held seperately from the MW region banquet to help reduce travel distances for the GP racers and provide a more central location, I believe last year it was in St. Loius. Last year they brought both regions awards to the MW banquet so multi-region winners could pick up their awards without having to travel to the other regions banquet too. If that is something you would need done I would call ahead of time and notify CCS as to wanting both sets of awards brought to 1 banquet (unless they are already going to be bringing both sets to both banquets?).

Baltimore sounds good to me also...Just the November time frame puts a kink in my hunting activities... ;D
