'05 license AMA / CCS??

Is it too early to apply for a 2005 CCS license?  If not, does anyone have a link to the form because I couldn't find it.  Also, I need some feedback from those of you who have an AMA supersport license.  I'd like to do some of those events next year but with their licensing system based heavily on grid size, I'm never going to get one.  Are they very strict?  I have championships and lots of wins from the early '90s, but I just got back and did one CCS event this year (did get one win, though).  I really was disappointed with grid size and if I could would really just rather do AMA.

CCS license apps don't come up til around Dec? AMA license app come out around Jan. You best bet would be contact Ron Barrick in Jan and state your case and maybe they will issue you a license not based on points, but on experience.
