Summit Point improvements?

Hey,
     What's the skinny on the new track out at BSR's Summit Point? What's it called? The Shenandoa circuit? I haven't been there since July before I moved down here to SC. I'm just wondering what it looks like/how it's shaping up.
     How about road Rash Creek? I hear they got some more go-ahead permits and the 'dozers are rolling again. What up wit dat?

last I heard, Shenendoh is not going to be build this year but should be ready next spring/summer

Last I heard rausch is going to pave. But no schedule known. but I think the got everything they need to pave.

I know someone who was out to Rausch 1.5 weeks ago and said that regardless of the Rausch Creek announcement, there has been no change to the physical layout.  No machinery has been yet brought onsite, nothing.  

All we can take away from the announcement is that the EPA roadblocks (no pun intended) have been resolved.  Even the announcement declined to give an ETA on a completed track.
