Dawn, I know how you feel. I'm a moderator on cycleforums.com (close to 20,000 members) as is Clay. One person cant moderate a board this size without getting stressed out. You do need another to help out (not including the admins). Yes its like babysitting at times. You will always have people who act like they are 12-13, thats a given. Just take a couple days away and let Shawn (if he still is here) deal with some of the problems. Sometimes the good of the board outweights the need of a few.

Now to the other issue. If Dans posts bothers anyone so much, just ignore him. CF (as others that use VBulletin) has an ignore button that you can hit it and POOF you wont see anything he posts. You'll know he posted, but all that will be in the field is "This person is on your ignore list, click here to read". You wont get PM's from said person either. But here, you just have to have self restraint (unless theres a hack to have an ignore button with YaBB).

Ok, I don't get here nearly as much as I used to, mainly because my leg never healed and racing is not in my near future.  Anyways, sorry to see that Dawn is talking about quitting, because she has done a great job with little to no help from me.

Anyway, I'll probably approach a few of the board leaders about either helping Dawn or (God forbid) replacing Dawn as moderator.
