So is the only way I can pre-register with a cert to mail them in?  (Meaning I can't give the cert # over the phone or something...?)

So if I have to mail them in, what do I fill out?  How can it be verified (since CCS seems to be so well known for "misplacing" your pre-registration).

In order for you to pre-enter with certificates they have to be sent in, unless you want to pre-enter for the next race at the track.  There they will take the certificates and I know that with the MW region we make a photocopy of your payment method and a copy of your pre-entery copy with date and time and who took it for verification for your next race weekend.  Just ask the person at registration to make you a photocopy for your records.  This way if for some reason the pre-entry is lost you can show the people in registration your copy and it will have all your info on it.

Ok, so I have to send them in.  I have the registration forms that they sent me with the regular license package.  Do I fill those out?  Do I keep the pink copy, or send it all in?  That also begs the question... how do I confirm that they have my pre-registration?

Quotehow do I confirm that they have my pre-registration?

Pray?   ;D

I just printed the pre reg form..no pink copy..just make copies of everything.  Just keep in mind the fees and the money races.

If your doing this for RRR (twin sprints) our total for the classes we can run will be 70+70+70+70+50=330 ...due to the money race fees, 70 straight up.

I think that's right.

Later bro.

Ya, I know about that Donald.  :P  I was actually pre-regin' for Barber.  I called and talked to Nicole and made sure I was doing everything right.  I'll call her back in a few days and have her FAX me something proving my pre-reg has been entered.  LOL
