Quote    Jeff,   If my memory serves me correctly they close @ 1 on Saturdays.  So if you show up without an appointment, after business hours on a Saturday when they are finishing up and trying to get out of there and they can't accomodate you that is your problem.  I agree that whomever you talked to could have been nicer about it,   but I sympathize with them.  Poor planning on your part does not make an emergency for them.  I have dealt with Ed and Sean quite a bit and they have treated me like gold.  Including squeezing me in for last minute work.  Thats my two cents.

Actually, they close at 2 but just found that out. At the time I though they were open til 3. I totally agree about my bad planning however the topic of this was about customer service. As any good racer they will stenghten the areas that they need work on.

QuoteTire Changing is never a problem at Sportbike Track Time because we own and operate our own equipment.

We bring our a full line of Michelin tires (no just a single model) so you don't have to take a chance on some outside vendor taking the day of and sinking you plans.

Our prices are also the best in the industry.

But several of us REALLY missed you at RA in June.

Actually I'm surprised you even brought your tires by to be mounted, Shawn had quoted the price to do it and you stated it was too much. So now your going to show up 45 minutes before closing time and expect the guy that does all the engine building and machine work to mount your tires. Staurday is a day when people usaually pick up and drop off stuff.
I also repaired your forks in a hurry and didn't charge you as much time as i should have as you looked like you needed a little help after seeing how crappy they were ( both rebound adjusters just about ground off.
So in the future just take your whiny butt somewhere else .   Hows that for customer service.  Jim

I appreciate the good work you did for me. I've never said anything about your work. Like I said in my prior post I thought you were open still 3pm. By the way, THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING PROOF!!!!!!!! I love your commit "So in the future just take your whiny butt somewhere else. Hows that for customer service. Jim ". Every couple of years after I've forgetten why I don't get work do with you guys, I'll have you guy do something and everytime I'm treated like a 3rd rate person just because I don't have an unlimited budget.

Customer service means always having a smile, and making the customer feel important. I do not think thats too much to ask?

You want to me to say you do the best engine work? or want me to say you do the greatest chassis work? You may be these or you may not, all I'm saying is as a customer I want to feel important. If you can't get the job done than fine, just be nice about it is all I'm saying! IS IT TOO HARD TO NICE TO A CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately you think that ed wasn't being nice to you and that i am being unfair. But did you ever call me or ed and say something to us ? No you went right on the message board and whined to the world that you were mistreated because ed didn't kiss your butt and mout your takeoffs. If you haven't already heard , I am not politically correct , I traet everyone the same whether they spend $10 or $1000. I wonder what you were trying to prove by posting here instead of on the CLSB board. Jim

I'D LIKE TO FORMALLY APLOGIZE! Jim, at 4&6 was nice enough to bust his ass to get my forks done before he left for a race and I repaid him by being a shit head. I didn't take into concretion the human factors before I started pointing fingers.

That is one of two events where we do not offer this service due to scheduling conflicts. It was noted in BIG RED LETTERS on the website in three places but not everyone reads stuff when they register (I'm guilty of this myself)

Can't justify $6,000+ on another set up to use only twice a year.

We'll have TWO machines at RA in August!!
