QuoteCould you be talking about the Dan and Sunny of WERA board infamy?

Wade, why didn't you come to Nelson this weekend?   :(  I miss you!   ;)

I finished 2nd in DSS as I got held behind a SV650 novice (will remain nameless and number-less) who is slower than me by 2 seconds according to the practice time due to cornering speed for the first 5 laps while the winning blue RS250 (James Nicholas I believe) ran away easily..........   >:(  I am definitely too chicken to make close pass as the track is really narrow plus it's my first visit to it and I almost got run-off a few time trying the outside line.........   :-/

I did win the DSB though at the restart as there isn't much of competition as Shawn A. crashed out at T2 of the opening lap as he tried to pass a group of slow SV650 novices (I was behind him and on the outside line following the blue RS250).  Basically Shawn try to pass on inside where there is no room at all (track is narrow, SV650 novices filled the inside, middle and outside of the track), and he had to bail on the grass on inside instead as he couldn't slowed down enough (those SV650 novices over-braked every turns)...........  Well, as you probably guess it, he didn't make it, and crashed pretty hard as he flips/tumbles through the air and across the track (kind of like high side).   :'(  Fortunately, I don't think anyone ran into him, but his bike unfortunately took out the blue RS250 and push many wide and/or had to get on the brake hard/swerve to avoid the "pile-on" in the process. :(  Of course the red flag came out as Shawn crashed pretty hard and the ambulance went out to retrieve him.  I think he dislocated his shoulder without breaking anything from my conversation with his mother (or mother in law.  I am not though as I didn't ask who she was), but I am not positive as he got transported to the hospital and I didn't stay after the race to find out more.   :-[  Can you PM him for me from WERA BBS to wish him a speedy recovery and maybe email me?   ???  Thanks!   ;)

Well, James Nicholas/blue RS250 is unhurted fortunately as he got taken out, but I think his triples got a little twisted (I don't think his forks bent, but his crew first suggested that I think) and believe that he didn't have enough time to get it corrected to rejoin us at the restart as I didn't see him.  Without Him and Shawn, I won easily although I was again held behind another SV650 Novice the whole race (Shawn and James being more agreesive on passing would have probably run away ealiy while I get held)...............   >:(

My best race time are about 2 seconds worst than my best practice time and the best Lightweight solo time.
