Just to let you guys know I was one of the guys that was flown outta summit on april 30th (turn 4).  When I went down I hit head first and it messed me all up.  Physically I was ok no broken bones or anything but my arai is pretty jacked up.

Not to bore you guys with all the details but I was in the hosp from april 30th until may 22nd. I got outta rehab last week.  I never thought I would say this but I am really REALLY lucky I was at the track.  If I had been in a normal spot when this went down I would be around.  The EMT's woulda never made it to me in time.  I'm totally back to normal now.  I can tell any one anything they wanna know about the day but I can't remember the wreck.

I was wondering if any one knows how I can contact the other rider I know some one said they did knew em and he broke his tib/fib.  If he could shoot me an email to jstyle007@hotmail.com I would like to know how he is doin.

Best wishes all...

Glad you're better.

I hit my head badly in May at Blackhawk and still have some dizziness if I move my head a certain way.  This coming weekend will be my first race since this accident.

Glad to see your getting back out there, where are you going to be racing at?

Don't want to sound like grandpa givin' out unwanted advice, but...

Take it easy recovering from concussions. I have had three of varying degree (football, rugby, crash) and I felt the affects for weeks after. I did not ride my bike for almost 6 months after the worst concussion because I kept having really bad dizzy spells. I do not know what would have happened if I had one of those on the bike.

Just so y'all know I am getting away from racing for a bit I don't need something like that happening to me again for a nice LONG while.  Thanks for the kind words all.

Jstyle...Have you thought about maybe coming out and working with MARRC?  We are always looking for new workers and after you've healed maybe you'd consider coming out, taking our training class, and working a weekend with us.

keep up the great recovery!

Thats actually what I'm thinking about doing is a bit of corner work or something I can't just "drop" the sport.
