Well, there is one character named Chester Thorne.  He rides an SV, talks a lotta smack, gets his @$$ handed to him in the big race, and is later convicted of unnatural acts with underage male farm animals...
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

I sent a copy of the novel off to the Library of Congress to apply for my copyright today.  I also sent a copy of one chapter to the publisher at Whitehorse Press.  WP exists exclusively to publish motorcycle titles, so they are my first, best hope for publication.  I think I'll go kill myself now... :-/
