Hey guys,

Out of the blue this morning, I got a phone call with a job offer at a company in Ogden, Utah (looks to be just north of Salt Lake City.)

Of course, the first question that came to my mind was, "Any decent tracks out that way?"

Anybody been there, or from the area?  How is it?  I understand the Mormon influence is pretty heavy and can be kind of alienating if you're not one.

Any comments?

Hell, I mean Heck, I'm a Mormon, although not a good one, just keep the beer hidden and you'll fit right in.
Been there a bunch, very nice, 2 Brothers in Salt Lake.
I think the nearest real track is in Nevada or Colo.
Go here for at least a start.

As far as CCS goes, there is Vegas and Firebird in Phoenix.  There is racing in Albequer( how do you spell it?!) and track days near Vegas in Pahrump.  Of course there is AMA in Pike's Peak and Heartland may be as close as Phoenix.  Salt Lake is real pretty , near the mountains and as I understand lots of good mountainbiking near there.
