Anybody know what track config they run for CCS events?

I've only seen it run clockwise, i.e when you go onto the track... go left...

Does Buttonwillow still do the open track day the friday before a race weekend ?

If you go to the Buttonwillow website, the configuration that CCS has used in the past is "Race 13"

I believe this is one...It seems to follow Race #13.
