First ... participant passes are wrong on the CCS Web Site.  Not $50 (good grief).  They're $35 (full weekend), $25 (Sat/Sun) and $15 (Sun only).

Those of you who plan to arrive Thursday, gates will open at 5pm.  They will then remain open for the duration.

You will not be able to enter the track earlier than 5pm, so don't get there too early.

how about for friday, saturday?

What about camping and possible separate electric (reg power not for RV hookups) fees?  Budget it tight this month!

TrophyGal

Quotehow about for friday, saturday?

Friday-Saturday would be $35.  No discount if you don't stay for Sunday.

About camping & electric ... contact the track.  That's their deal.

Jeanne, are you guys going to have early reg/tech on Thurs nite, like 5-7?

TrophyGal

Yes ... that's the plan.  5-7pm minimum.

It all depends upon how many workers I have.  We'll get as many as we can before we drop from exhaustion (or starvation!)  :o

Team Owners get preferential treatment in the Pre-entry line.  It would also be best to get as many Amateurs in as possible since they are in Practice Groups 1 & 2 first thing in the a.m.

Clay

What time do the gates open Fri morning as well as pre-reg?

TrophyGal

Registration opens at 7am like usual.

Download the schedule off of the CCS web site, but always use the one you pick up at the track as the "official" event schedule.  Attending the rider's meeting is essential for keeping up with any schedule changes (and besides, it's mandatory).

TrophyGal

Forgot to answer ... gates will be open all day and all night beginning at 5:00 on Thurs. night.

I have emailed Jean Wilkins at VIR about camping & electric prices.  Will post here when I get an answer.

Pre-registration on Thursday night is out of the kindness of our hearts ... we receive no compensation for it.  Our motivation is to #1 Help the riders & #2 Lighten our load for the next morning.  ::)

thanks for the info! Looking forward to seeing all of you again, since I didn't go to summit (who can blame me  ;D)

See ya down there and appreciate all your hardwork

Sportbike2

Just talked with Jean Wilkins at V.I.R.

Camping is $25 and includes electrical.  If not camping, electrical is $15.

Oh ... forgot to mention ... CASH only at the gate.  No cards or checks accepted.   :P
