I just wanted to let everyone know that we are yet changing the 03 SV moulds AGAIN to better serve our customers. We take all of our feedback that we are getting from our racers and the problems accociated with the SV650 bodywork. I think this should do it!

We are changing the moulds based on most of the customers that are lowering the front ends of their sv's 14mm's or so, so they don't drag on the right side at all anymore. We want to make perfect parts that are easy to mount and don't drag anywhere (at least when the bike is on two wheels) so now we have done it. We have brought the right side in about an inch. This will still clear all of the pipes, at least all of the popular ones IE M4, Micron, Yosh. I am pretty sure with this change we will be making the best bodywork for the sv in the united states. We have also gone to a heavier weight cloth so they crash a little better.

So, the end product is as follows
-mounting points all line up exact
-parts are lite but strong
-kevlar reinforced mounting points
-kevlar reinforced on the whole part where upper meets lower
-NO pipe burning on the M4(last change we made)
-No problem with clip on clearence
-No draging on the right side
and might i say, the bodywork looks bad ass!

We also have bodywork for most of the newer race bikes

We are a new company as many of you guys know, and we do everything in our power to keep ALL of our customers happy, and we realize we make mistakes, but, we actually fix them and make them right for our customers. So, with that said, thanks to all of the racers that have given us a try, and if you haven't you need to! You will be happy with what we send you.

Thanks again,

Brian

 Hey Brian,
Do you guys make skins for the RC51 SP-1/SP-2?

rennsportbodies

sorry, I really wish we did....  It's on the list of things we want to do though...  That doesn't help you much right now.

Rennsport is a good company to deal with.  I have a set of their stuff on my 2000 GSXR, and I'm waiting for their promised SRAD bodywork to be offered as well.
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

I have an '01 SV650.  I saw a pic of an '02 with the 03 glass on it.  I was wondering how hard it would be to use your bodywork.  Although this may be a moot point since I may buy a 03 or 04 sometime in the future.  I have bodywork from another  manufacturer that really didn't fit very well, but its a track bike so I don't care too much about the cosmetics, but when I mount the spare set, it will be a fair amount of work.
