GSXR RACER MIKE

QuoteMy machine is pretty much stock.  I've found that they are most reliable this way......Besides, it's hard to become overconfident while sitting astride 72" of whirling death...

Have you at least gone with a Supersport legal multi-agle grind job on the whirling impliments of death? I would think your lines would be much cleaner and more precise that way.

The over confidence issue is so big in sports like this, just when you think your in control of the machine, the machine wacks your arm off! Gotta have respect for the power under you.

What type of steering damper do you have, a rotary or a piston type? Do you experience much head shake or do you have the rake and trail pretty dialed in?

I assume your using tire warmers also, does it make a big difference for you on your 1st few laps? :)

Idiots like that reflect poorly on the entire lawn mowing community.  As if we don't have enough of an image problem already.  I have NEVER mowed anywhere but at an approved facility, and would certianly never put a child at risk.  To do so while intoxicated is the height of squidly irresposibility.  The thing that really burns me is that CNN needed a mowing picture to run with the story, so they selected a picture of World Champion Forrest Gump!  This causes public perception that even our World Champion, properly clad in safety gear and performing at a professional venue, is a drunken idiot.  I have already sent letters to CNN and Forrest.  Maybe a lawsuit will teach the media not to tarnish the reputation of the professional lawncare industry!
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

Corner,
that is just pathetic isn't it.  A cousin of mine..not
THORNY!!!  had his driving priveledges taken from him due to 2 DWI's along with his motor vehicles.
He was pulled over soon after while on his 4 wheeler
while intoxicated, and did some time in the workhouse.  You see people, there are people out there just like us. Alcohol, racing, smelling farts....
pick your poison. We are all sick. We all need some help.
