How do you actually figure out the schedule?

I'm trying to plan some events, but I can't figure the schedule out. For instance they have a CCS Midwest event at Gingerman twice but both are only one day? Is that correct? Am I the only one that finds the schedule confusing?

Gingerman and Gateway are one day events. Saturday is a LP/practice day. Everything is run on Sunday. One round of practice, GT races before lunch, then the regular Sunday schedule after lunch.
