Howdy everyone!  Thank you all so much for your support and prayers.  Maddie is doing great and I'm getting back to my old self, slowly but surely.  I'm still getting used to being back in the real world--did you know that life goes on without you?  It does!  I'm getting used to the smell of non-recirculated air and being able to go to the potty without assistance.  :)  Life is grand.
I'm looking forward to coming back to work and seeing everyone again.  Until then, everybody go have fun and I'll be rooting for you from here.

A few things to do as a new Mom ..

• Take care of yourself -- nap when Maddie naps - take your vitamins
• Don't worry ... we women have natural motherly instincts built in - follow them & basic common sense and everything will be fine and dandy
• Enjoy every moment with this new love in your life (doesn't it feel stronger than anything you've ever felt before?)
