And, the truck was totalled. :'(

K3 Chris Onwiler

Totalled?  That BLOWS!  I guess the new $400 radiator was a one way ticket to the junkyard.  But she was faithful to the end, getting you and your bike home even after she was mortally wounded.  Good truck. :'(
What rotten luck.  I really liked that Chevy.  Did it have a lowering kit?  The stance was very cool.
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

WTF Craig?  Don't tell me you've quit?  Are you one of those white plate-fearing riders who'd rather retire than go expert?  I always thought YOU were the Schock that might beat me someday... ;)

Well might had bent the front frame spar on impact. When I hit a deer in 94, even with teh push bar, it still did 1500 damage. Adjuster said if it wasnt for teh push bar, more than likely it would had been totalled.

Had to take time off so this old body could heal after 3 hard crashes last year, doc said I'm one lucky person not to be dead or not being able to walk. I was thinking about coming to BHF to see everybody and watch some races but am not sure right now. If I come up i will tell you all the injuries I sustained last year and kept riding just so I could win some Championships, I sure do miss seeing and racing against everybody.

I understand, Craig.  I was just poking fun.  Yeah, we could swap some war stories for sure.  I don't think I'll be at this Blackhawk.  I'll still be in rehab, and it's especially hard to ditch the Moms on Mother's Day when they know you can't even ride!  But I'll be around by June, and we'll have a beer then, OK?

Somewhat. Thats why I'm looking for a mid 70's 3/4T Dodge Power wagon 4X4 with a 440.:D:D That could hit a new car/truck/SUV and get nothing more than a scratched bumper while teh other vehicle is destroyed.:D
