Airfence @ BFR:  loose blocks

I was at a car-related track-day at Blackhawk yesterday.  During one of the sessions a section of airfence blew onto the track just past 3-d.  It was quite gusty yesterday, but this should not have occurred.  A second section also blew onto the track a bit later.  

Not sure who this issue should be directed to, but thought someone from this group might know.

I was under the impression that the airfences were for CCS only. ???

They are.  I don't think the car club guys were that keen on using them for unplanned hazard avoidance drills between 3D and 4A - but that's how it turned out :-/  They certainly were not supposed to come loose from their moorings and find their way onto the track.

The air fence is supposed to be moved away from the tire walls for car events. That may be what happened, if they were moved and not secured.
