Just a comment here from a corner worker turned racer.  I once saw a guy crash and land on the remote reservior (Spelling?) for his shock.  The result was shock oil everywhere sprayed by high pressure nitrogen.  Thank God he was in last place.  The first two experts in the race had a huge lead, and they both went down like someone pulled the rug out from under them.  By the time third place arrived, I was STANDING ALMOT IN THE LINE with a wavin yellow and debris.  Seconds later, we had a red flag out.  Instant two hour cleanup, and no lunch for the workers.
Lesson:  Tuck that reserviour out of harm's way!
