VP fuel at VIR

Is there going to be a distributor there April 9-11?  Pre-orders necessary?  Contingency?  P/s speak up.

GAMEDIC was the dist. last year, I havent heard anything out of him this year yet. My local Suzi dealer now sells VP for the same price as GAMEDIC did last year. If I get it from my dealer can I get VP contengency money? If so how?

As per the rules for VP Contingency- the fuel must be purchased at the event and from the trackside vendor in order to qualify for the $$.

I have a call into Bruce H.(global sales for VP) as to the identity of your trackside vendor. I'll post as soon as I hear back.

I'm not sure that he will be the 'trackside' vendor for all this season- but it's a fix for now ;D

Ok yes it wil be me again this year for the southeast events ...which is the date in question and as last year if you are doing SE race and you do not get it from me you will not get paid... i turn in all your info to Cindy Ivey and she handles getting you paid so tell her thanks when you see her ;D I am her (right hand)  so to speak for CCS because she can't be 2 places at one time and she takes care of WERA SE so i take care of CCS SE...  So to answer your question..lol yes i will be there that weekend and yes i will be taking orders for fuel here in the next few days .. i have to be there i won a championship last year .gotta come get my props..LOL .. here is my email and phone # if you need to get hold of me ccs68@bellsouth.net

I assume both. I called the Delaware office (Bruce said they would know) who inturn gave me Terrence. Give Texas a call and ask for Cheryl. She should be able to clear it up.

I would like to confirm that I am the only authorized VP Racing Fuels Trackside Vendor for the VP contingency program for the CCS Southeasten Region Series, as well as, the WERA National and WERA Southeastern Regional series.  Team Velocity Racing will be at all of the above mentioned races providing VP Racing Fuels to the racers.  I am committed to both WERA series and I have Greg (GAMEDIC) who will be at all the CCS races.

I do ask that everyone wishing to purchase fuel please place a preorder.  This is the only way to insure that everyone will have what they need.  There are several ways to place a preorder.

We ask that you place you orders no later than Tuesday of the race weekend for which you need fuel.

I do apologize for any confusion and I will be emailing a Team Velocity Racing schedule to all the regional managers as well as Lisa at VP Florida so that they will know what tracks we will be attending.
