HPT web saite says that the friday is a mortorcycle test day ?

Anyone know anything about this ?
Is there any tire guys going for that day ?

Greg_Williams

As I understand it Friday will be for licensed racers only (unlike Sat).  I talked with Tom from Mason Racing and he'll be there Friday morning early.

I know some unlicensed guys who want to do one of the trackdays-is saturday for anybody?

I am doing the school saturday-who has done a school with learning curves and how much track time should I expect?  I need to do a lot of setup with my suspension cause I have a new bike so I am wondering if I will have a decent amount of time on the track.

If you let me know what you need now I'll be sure to mark it as sold now and deliver it to you at the track when we get there. Just let us know how much and of what kind and it's yours.

Spooner-it depends if you are doing a licensing school or a riding school. Which is it?

Firday practice?  Well, I imagine it's like Blackhawk since Ray Irwin now owns both tracks.  Sounds like a great opportunity to go to the track on Friday, then to Baby Dolls on Saturday, then race on Sunday....

 ;D :o

Uh, yeah, they have a really good $10 steak meal....

And some live entertainment.   ;D

Um, not a place I usually go, but it's kind of a nice tradition at Topeka... 8)

The licensing school is not a whole lot of track time for sorting suspension. At least that's my experience from Blackhawk. Time on the track is basic training for learning the flags, gridding/practice procedures, and one practice race of five laps I think. Have fun.
