Yes, Aprilia was/is the only one that pays for amateur.

Buell will also pay amateurs who finish in the top 15 of a Formula USA Thunderbike National.

I downloaded the Suzuki form. It asks for Emplyer ID Number, what do I enter?

EIN is for a corporation, you either have the winnings paid to you as an individual with your SSN or as a corporation and use your EIN.
