Over all I thought it was BIG step in the right direction.  Yes they may have a few things to work on but hey at least we got something.

Wow! Is the glass half empty for a few of you or what? Be happy that there's any motorcycle racing on SPEED these days. Sorry, but Dave the whole world ain't perfect. And I actually thought the banking was exciting as crap. I thought it was just awesome to be able to spend my whole Saturday on the couch like a lazy football fan. For once it was my sport that controlled the living room.
More importantly, did everybody catch that weenie drop kick of Yates? Can you say "race suspension"? Anyone have a quicktime of it?

I'm glad it's on. That's because enough people want to see it. Dave Sadowski is great. His partner "blows" and they miss way too much that is happening on screen and don't cover enough of what's going on behind the leaders. You can write a nice letter to Speed but I won't! >:(

LOL...!

Well, there's coverage, yeah.

There was better filming about ten years ago.  I'd expect there to be some kind of improvement, but there doesn't seem to be.

Ski's found his niche.  That's great.  But I wish he could affect more change.

Honestly, if you watch a GP or WSB, the way that it's filmed and panned has no relevance to how it's done here.

It's a shame too.

I could settle for it being ok...

But then again, I could have quit racing years ago too and taken up something else too.  Is that half full or half empty?

I really Hope  AMA Projerkoffs  look into getting TNN (Spike) to do the broadcasting for 2005.  The contract they have with speed ends at the end of 2004 i believe.

Just look how they helped nascar.

And since nascar went and sold all thier rights to npc and fox,  tnn(Spike) got left with very little motorsports.  The're ripe to give us 2 wheelers 6 hours of racing every weekend !!
