After spending time on the tread mill tonight.   It got me thinking.  What does everyone else do to train ?

Jogging ? Biking ? Weights ? Dirtbike ?
Are you lazy like me or do you train all year ?

Or are ya all still 20 and in great shape  >:(

Bicycle and Ice racing....

Mostly Bicylcing this year after a Bad Ice bike off last month that left me limping for 4 weeks  :-/
I stopped riding ice... as not to distroy the summer season.

I am still in the Marines so running is on top of the list.  I have begun working on Musle endurance and streching.

Let's see.  I worked all day and drank all night.  I figure that is just as good as working out.
Anyone can be good if they work at it.  Try it my way and see how good you are.
Practice is for losers!

I stare at my weight bench a lot (it's in my living room...).  I used to work out all the time but haven't been able to find the motivation the past few years.  Having said that, I just ordered 600 tabs of Ripped Fuel, ephedra based of course  ;D  If that doesn't motivate me I'm doomed...

I manage to keep my weight down by watching my diet and doing a lot of work on cars.  I recently started my own little "business" of picking up older BMW parts and re-selling them.  It's amazing what a work out pulling an engine or trans is...

Oh my! Hint: For those of you who want to do better, get a PFT (personal fitness trainer) and work your a$$ off. You see what the typical roadracer conditioning is like :o :o :o...Just think of the advantage you'd have as a trained machine.  ;) ;D
