coming on down...
Hopefully some of you had the chance to make it over last night - we had a nice crowd - actually perfect since we just exceeded the fire code limit of 105.... Cool to meet so many people you see out on these message boards...
I will keep everyone posted on the actual release (DVD) of FASTER as I receive information in the coming weeks.
Thanks again!

personally I thought it was cool - lots of good race and crash footage - the sound bites and interviews were pretty good... I liked it - judging by the applause at the end of the movie I'd say most in attendance liked it as well...

My toes are still curled!  There was some AWESOME footage in there.

I chewed my damn fingernails off watching it! Wish I could have heard it too, but racers tend to be a rowdy bunch.  What can you do?  I was up from Kankakee Illinois, 150 miles away.  I made it back as far as O'Hare, but I had to pull over at a toll booth and sleep for a while.  The next day at work was pretty rough!  It's hard to miss a chance to hang out with the racing friends.
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

I think the speakers in the Hi Hat are a problem, too. They have plenty of bass and treble, but the midrange was lacking a LOT, so that made it harder to hear to begin with.

This has been the case with other things I have seen there, so I know it's not the movie.

But, regardless of that, it was an AWESOME movie, and I applaud those who put the whole thing together. Worked out very well.  :D
