LWSS combined w/ Thunderbike

Combining ULGP and HWSS would probably not be the best idea.  The biggest reason why is safety. One, you have ULGP guys racing for money- they get serius and would be moaning like you know what if a HWSS guy got in the way or accidentally tangled and took them out.  Two, you have ULGP bikes making in excess of 165 HP with most 'legal' HWSS bikes maybe putting out 140hp if they are lucky(read legal again).  It is unfortunate to lose classes or have them combined.  This happens because there is not enough racer interest in a class to make it feasible monetarily and not to mention- makes it a snorefest for a high energy announcer (just kidding- I can always use a break especially here in the SW!).

But even then, I have to complain about 165HP bikes being in the way of my 105HP bike in the corners.

Regardless, HWSS bikes can and do run in ULGP.  LWSS bikes do run in Thunderbike.  Thunderbikes can make 100HP where legal LWSS bikes can make in excess of 70HP legally.

I wrote Keven an e-mail and he reloied with this answer.... "That conflice has already been addressed and the schedule changed for Road America (if you look in the Road America schedule in your mailer that just went out, you will see the revised schedule)"
