I finally got Joel's cell phone #.  But I spoke to him earlier this month, and he's planning on running the same bike this year.  So I don't know if he's still looking at R6's.  I can send you his # if you want to double check with him.

Yes, that was driven by Buttonwillow's price.  I think they are in that neighborhood for track rental (or a portion of their track & facilities) so Arroyo wanted to have a competitive price.
