how do you add a pic to profile

I am trying I ahve a pic I have a web site but I can not figure out how to add a pic to my profile someone please help. Thanxs!

What part of your profile are you trying to add one?  Avatar or signature?

Either or I would like to add one the way you have it on your profile but I will take it anyway I can get it. Tried numorous times where it says Personel Text I have my own pic but it doesn't seem to work.
