Does TPM allow you to bring your own instructors out to TPM days?  what rules are there to follow?  Could a set time be used for the instuctor and stundent? ( I.E.  15 min sessions i don't know.)  Are you going looking for new instuctors for next year? Are you goings goin to ask Super_dave to come over here to instuct some?  It would be nice!!!!!!!!!!
