not yet, I was told it will be mailed out around thanksgiving time. I hope to get it next week. Then they would probably include somekind of a schedule, hopefully

It's CCS Road Race License renewal time again!!!
You should receive the forms any day now, and they are due before January 1st, 2004 to retain your current competition number in your region. After January 1st numbers will be available to everyone on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you plan on changing competition numbers, those are available on a first-come, first-serve basis after the January 1st deadline also. So get your renewal forms in quickly. The race is on

Tiff said that Jan 8th was the new deadline. Apparently a problem with the printers again.
