Selective Combined Points

Anybody know what points are included in this stat? Although it's titled "Overall Points" it doesn't seem to be an aggregate total of points earned for all races, and I can't find a definition in the Rule Book.

The combined points doesn't include any sportsman classes or formula 40 class. These I'm sure of ,don't know of any other classes that are not included

Included classes, all SS, SB, Light, Medium and Unlimited GP, Super Twins, and GT classes
