Mr. Anderson (spoken in "Matrix" agent tone)
are you petitioning to stay amateur next year?

Stumpy, maybe you and Ike should duke it out next year, I hear Andy is coming back and a few other guys who took a year or two off. should be a competetive field eh?

Maybe Simon will be held back again... If he does,
I'm steeling his girlfriend for sure. ;)

For all the grief we gave Kevin last year, Simon was the true Yellow Plated Sandbagger.  Did I understand that Ike "Superman" Anderson is taking over that title for 2004? ;D  And Stumpy's staying yellow too?  Oh man...  If I say what I'm thinking now, sweet Heather won't be my friend any more! :D ??? ::) :-X
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

I am coming back, but i won't have yellow #plates. I think racing as an amatuer for more than a season, is lame.
Ptak and I raced against each other last year, and he should want to be expert too. I don't know who those other guys are, but if youv'e taken top 5's, you should want to move up!

Andy!  What's up man.. long time no see!

I'm probably only going to stay Am for *part* of the year.  I'm really rusty, really out of shape.  I got in ONE race this year (GTO, the first weekend in April) before crashing and breaking my shoulder.  I've pretty much been out the rest of the season.  I raced one class in August at Barber (Unlim SS) and took a 10th out of 12, and ran 3 classes at ROC (finishing within the last 2-3 positions.)  It's going to take me awhile before I am back up to speed.

Currently my plans are to run Am for a few weekends, then move to Ex mid-season.  I will probably move to Ex sooner if I wind up totally smoking everybody.

Agreed...tho I may of stayed amateur this year if CCS would of let me...lol ;D
I'm a much better rider/racer now that I ran a full year of expert racing.

Wussup Thorny?!, CONGRATS!!! on a Phat-A$$ SEASON!!!
proud for you!!!
I was protested for staying Amateur this season!, I dont think they'd treat me as well as Simon :o ;D

I wanted to go expert following some type of amatuer championship, but I guess it doesnt always work out the way we'd like,
and just to note, I think that if anyone wanted to stay amateur, they should.
I'm gonna go ahead and use this season to continue learning as much as I can, with white plates.
