Dunlop Certificate question

Here is my question... I have these Dunlop certificates and I was wondering if I have to contact Andy to use them or can I go to my local bike shop and use these for my street bike? The certificates only state that they have to be used for "motorcycle tires" Will my dealership honor these for street tires?

Your local dealer can take them if they wish.

My shop does take them for sure, and I redeem them with one of my distributors. They are as good as cash.
