i just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has supported me since i was involved in the unfortunate accident that claimed the life of Bryan Cassell last Saturday at daytona. I appreciate everyone's hospital visits and phone calls during my hospital stay. I'd like to say thanks to ross champion, tony martorelli, george and darla martinelli, aaron aaronson, michael mills, steven servis, and last but certainly not least, heather cassell. (forgive me if i've forgotten anyone, i've been highly medicated this past week!)

After a week in the hospital and four surgeries on my hand, i was able to return home from the hospital late sat night. i've still got a surgery on my thumb to go, and hopefully that will be it. i don't why this has happened or why i was so much more fortunate than Bryan, but i do know that everything happens for a reason and that God sometimes works in mysterious ways. i have already been blessed by everyone's kindness and compassion. words cannot express what it means to me! i ask that you continue to remember me in your prayers, and remember Heather and the entire Cassell family in your prayers also.

thank you,

I'm sure that you have a ways to go, and bills to pay too.  But hopefully we'll see you on the track again.  Good luck!

The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"
