Road America early registration?

Does anyone know if there will there be early registration on Wednesday evening at Seibkins?

The newsletter I got says, "We will still feature an early registration in the track on Wednesday night from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  Be in line beforre 7 PM or you will be turned away and have to register the following morning during regular registration hours as listed on the schedule that is enclosed."
