Just reviewed the ccs rule book for '03 and the only specific criteria for fuel is the specific gravity.  Which all the MR and Ultimates fell within range. Not sure what dielectric constant means. There is no mention of lead or oxygen content listed.

This is correct they are all ok for CCS and WERA

On the High Desert Engineering meter  (HDE), the dielectric reading cannot exceed a reading of +/-0.4. as per section 1.10.2 in the CCS/FUSA rule book.  

Pump gas...it's gonna be about +3.5.

Water...it's +4.0

Oxygenated leaded or unleaded racing fuel, it isn't going to meet the legality requirments.

I'll be writing a new rule, posting it on my website, along with some other proposals.  They should be something that you can down load and then send in to CCS with your signature.
