Cycle Fest--Road America August 1-4

I remember seeing it posted somewhere that there was a mandatory pre-entry to race CCS at Road America's Cycle Fest.  I can't seem to find it anywhere.  Anyone know what I'm talking about or am I crazy?

We just received all the pre-entry information from CCS over the weekend.  Since we pre-register for RA, I didn't read it too closely, but I think I remembered the following:

For the CCS races they are limiting the grid to 80 entrys so pre-entry is recommended.  Also, the fees are less expensive when you pre-register than if you register at the track.  

Check you mail box, the information my be in there today.
