Nate,
I am in manufacturing (Tool & Die Maker) and run everything from mills, lathes, and grinders to Laser cutters, CNC mills, conventional EDM's, and Wire EDM's. I could easily make the items you need, but I don't own the place so it's not an option for me, so I thought I would offer some advice.

You may want to find someone fairly soon to make your products and work out a deal now because manufacturing is beginning to get orders again. Shops that haven't started to see this yet may still be very willing to give a good deal. I would try and get something in writing now, if you could, stating the price and time frame required to produce such items (incase they get busy and try to push you to the back burner).

'Job Shops' typically deal in quantities of 100 pieces or less, but often times will go beyond that if so required. The problem with going much beyond that is then it usually becomes cheaper to have a production machine shop manufacture your products. In both of those situations they will probably require that all of 1 product is produced at once in order to recieve the best price. The smaller the quantities you have made at once, the more it will cost you per part. The reason being that you have to set-up and tear-down the machine(s) everytime you do those parts, therefore multiple production runs require multiple set-ups / tear-downs which consume valuable non-production time that you pay for.
