Ok, we keep getting reminded about sending in information for rules...

So, I have some ideas of my own on a couple of rules that are problematic.  I will post a Microsoft Word document on my website soon about my proposal.  

You can download it and sign it and send it in also.

If you have ideas, I'd be happy to work with you on yours...a bit.  I'm not going to completely write it for you, but if we can get something done, let's do it.
