The rule book mentions coolant and crank case ventilation but dosen't say anthing about the fuel overflow hose and the fuel tank vent hose.

Can the fuel tank overflow and the vent go down to the belly pan? Do they have to go to a catch can.

Also, can you run 6" high numbers on the front and tail? I have an RC51 and remember reading that 6" numbers were ok, just want to verify.

TIA

Crankcaswe vent is the only thing that has to go to a catch can (sealed airbox counts as a catch can). Others are optional to another catch can.

I use 8" numbers on my RC51.

Thanks but I got another question then.

The RC51 already has a catch can for the crankcase vent which in turn is connected to the airbox. The catch can has a small hose with a plug in it that you can drain. Can I leave this hose with the plug in it or do I have to plug the bottom of the catch can? I already sealed up the drain opening in the bottom of the air box and removed the pair system and sealed the connection to the air box.

I did the same as you have. As long as you leave the plug in the hose, then the airbox drain is plugged.
