I did some testing for Vanson in different compounds that they were trying.  I think I'm even the "knee" in the Vanson catalog.

I will test it for you. I am really hard on pucks, because I only wear 1 area, the top. And leathers grab, and plastics wear too fast. I end up rotating and keep the worn puck there. Or I would eat a puck a race.

Would be nice to see a hard material that is not overly grabby and wear slow and not too loud, and not too heavy. I know I am asking a lot, but I would be willing to test.

Your velcro might be in the wrong place. It's hard to find the sweet spot, but if you are having to rotate pucks, they're not laying "flat" enough to the pavement. Just a little something to consider.
