You are 100% right Steve.  I've already started getting my fat arse back in shape...lol.  I need to be in better shape for the Team Challenge at Daytona anyways.  It's gonna be a long road, though, cuz I'm WAY out of shape still.

Bryan,
There are two frames for sale on the Ducati index one for 750 and one for 500, I think Chris has one laying around too.  They are not 1000 as you think they are.  Remenber you dont need to title the frame and it has to be an old style frame for you to use the carbs.

Right..then add rearsets, spare pegs for those, and I'll wind up sinking much more into this bike than I really want to.  Plus, I still need a rear shock, especially with a heavier frame.  Looks like I'm just gonna stick with the same classes and add MW GP and GTU to the schedule.  Sorry I didn't call ya today, was busy getting settled in at the new dealership.

I'm going to be racing a 900 ss next year and I was wondering what classes yours is competitive in?I was thinking super twins, gt lights and thunderbike.I dont know if it is legal for middle weight sportsman or not.Did you say you like the middle weight superbike? you must not race mid atlantic. ;D

MightyDuc Racing

It is competitive in GT Lights, Lightweight GP, and if you run stock frame and motor, lightweight superbike and lightweight SS too.  Also Thunderbike.  Pretty down on power in Supertwins most of the time, as those guys on the 996's and fast RC51's run similar lap times to the 750's and 1000's when they race in hwt classes.  You will have a great time in the lightweight classes with it! :D
