How would you feel if CCS allowed someone else to do this and they caused you to wreck or kept you from passing the person ahead of you at the finnish?

It's been done in other organizations that I raced with.  Didn't seem to cause a problem there.  Just a suggestion.  I am allowed to make suggestions, right?   I'll stop if you say so.

My comment would be that the printed rule book should be followed to the letter but we all know that isn't the case. At the beginning of the year you can get a rule book just by asking and however the rules are stated in there then they should stay that way until the following year- NO exceptions.
