FZR400 w/Keihin Flatslides

What size pilots do you run?

I have problems with hot starting and sometimes motor loads up/bogs down on the starts. Tried going down two sizes per the Sudco tech guy but still having problems. Any advice?

Seems that I recall guys on the FZR 400 list mentioning that problems with hot starting may be related to valve adjustment or other value repair needs.  Don't know for sure but just a thought.
