QuoteThe VP contingency program is tough.  Not only did I have to buy my fuel from the trackside supplier (which I really don't have a problem with), but I had to tell him, before the races, which 2 races I wanted to count...and the fact that it was a twin sprint weekend didn't mean squat as far as being eligible for 4 races instead of 2.

this SUCKS.. now they tell me its on $25 NOT $50 for Ultimate 4 fuel.. brother...

Sounds like I'd be taking off the stickers if I were you.  I don't qualify for VP contingency cuz they don't like my classes...lol.  I still use it cuz I can get it locally, but I am mixing the C112 with 93 octane pump gas.  Drops my price per gallon to around $4.00...that's almost a $25 savings per weekend without the stickers...lol. :P

Mixing VP with pump gas is the way to go. I use to use AV gas in my 2 stroke dirt bikes with super results. I have just been wary of trying it in a 4 stroke, I have read so much negitive about running AV gas in anything that stays on the groung I didnt want to try it but it sure worked unreal in my KTMs, I ran it for years. Does anyone use it racing 4 strokes? What do you guys think? I still might try it on my street bike to see what happens. :o
