That would be caster. Camber is how far the top of the wheel tips in or out.

I learned something today :-)      Thanks.

I guess that two wheel vehicles do not like camber.

If I think of casters on a shop cart, that might help me remember the difference.
When in traffic:  "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity" or, just a simple mistake.
