Will Tech be open on Friday evening like it usually is at Summit?

From the newsletter:

We have arranged with Team Pro-Motion for those riders arriving during the TPM trackday to sign in for the weekend. Yeah! When you get to track you will sign releases for the whole weekend and purchase your weekend credential(wristband)$35 cash.
This means you will be able to come to registration in the Raceplex at your leisure Friday from 5:30-7:30 to pick up your pre-entry forms, register for races etc. and not have to wait for everyone to clear paddock before being allowed back into paddock. Tech will open Sat morning, as previously announced, at 6:30. Registration will move to the classroom for Saturday and Sunday.
